Some users are experiencing issues viewing the NaviNet Home Page and Plan Central with Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer Compatibility View setting must not be enabled for NaviNet.

Refer to the Why is My Home Page Blank guide for detailed instructions on configuring your browser to work with NaviNet.

Please keep in mind if you are a user in the new NaviNet User Interface, you also have multi-browser compatibility with Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari for Mac.

We have some exciting news to share. Over the past couple of months, NaviNet has been performing upgrades to make NaviNet accessible through Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari for Mac along with Internet Explorer. Your office will be notified via email when it is ready to be upgraded.

Throughout 2014 and early 2015, NaviNet will be performing ongoing user upgrades to an exciting new user interface (UI). This new UI will be easier to navigate and will provide your office with improved messaging and workflow management. NaviNet will notify you well in advance before these enhancements are implemented.

What Do You Need to Do?

No action is necessary. NaviNet will automatically make this seamless upgrade for you. Look for a NaviNet email with further details prior to this transition.

HIPAA guidelines prohibit users from sharing login information. If you are sharing login credentials, please contact your NaviNet Security Officer to be added as a user. Don't know the name of your Security Officer? Log in and go to My Account and click My Security. There is no additional charge for adding users.
