For security purposes NaviNet has logged you out because another user has logged on with your credentials. HIPAA guidelines prohibit the sharing of user credentials.
Contact your NaviNet Security Officer if you did not sign in to NaviNet from another computer or browser.
Find the name of your Security Officer by clicking NaviNet Central on the toolbar at the top of the screen and selecting My Profile. The name is listed in the User Information section at the top of the page.
NaviNet requires each user to have their own username and password. There is no additional charge for additional users per office. If you suspect there is username sharing in your office, please contact your Security Officer.
HIPAA standards do not allow NaviNet Customer Support to reset or create accounts where there is an active Security Officer.
